Sevilla are on the verge of signing Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata, reports El Correo de Andalucia.
Los Rojiblancos are set to stay without a number of high-profile players in the summer and they are forced to search for cheap replacements.
According to El Correo de Andalucia, the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan outfit are closing in on the first signing for the 2013/2014 season.
A source close to the club has revealed that the transfer taking Real Madrid hotshot Alvaro Morata to Sevilla is 80% completed, although it remains to be seen whether the talented forward will arrive on loan or outright transfer.
Morata, 20, is hoping to leave Santiago Bernabeu in search of first team football, having started just four La Liga fixtures this season.
With more star players expected to arrive at Real Madrid in the summer, Morata is well aware he needs to leave the club if he is to get more playing time.
