Spanish daily newspaper Marca claims that Sevilla have been unsuccessful in their attempts to bring Inter Milan midfielder Ever Banega back to Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
After enjoying two very successful years with los Rojiblancos, the Argentine footballer decided to join the Nerazzurri on a free transfer this summer, but his career in Italy got off to a slow start.
Banega has reportedly been disappointed by the treatment at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza and he is believed to be considering his options.
Having heard that, Sevilla boss Jorge Sampaoli asked the club officials to try and lure the 28-year-old back to the club, but it is now clear that is not going to happen.
Inter Milan have no intention of letting their star player leave, unless someone offer around €30 million for his services, which is definitely outside of Sevilla’s price range.
Los Rojiblancos have become famous as the club that buy low and sell high, so there is no chance of them making a move on Banega.
