Sevilla have entered negotiations with West Ham united over the possibility of signing Javier Hernandez, according to Sky Sports.
There is less than a year remaining on Chicharito’s contract with the Hammers, and they appear to be keen to cash in on the former Manchester United striker while they can, as that would generate at least some funds that could be put towards new signings in January, or next summer.
The 31-year-old revealed recently that he had reached an agreement with the club that it would be best for both parties if he were to move on, and that his agent was working on sounding out potential buyers for his services. He added that he would be happy to stay at the London Stadium if nothing else could be arranged.
Sevilla parted ways with Wissam Ben Yedder a few weeks ago, and it appears they have identified the experienced Mexico international as a suitable replacement.
