Spanish La Liga hotshots Sevilla are said to be eyeing a January move for Brighton midfielder Davy Propper.
A midfield injury crisis has set the alarm bell ringing at Sevilla and Los Rojiblancos are now forced to plan their next move in attempt to compensate for the loss of Maxime Gonalons and Ibrahim Amadou, who are sidelined with a fractured fibula and a dislocated elbow, respectively.
Dutch international Davy Propper has emerged as one of the top transfer targets for Sevilla where Brighton man would join his national teammate Quincy Promes, who moved to Sevilla this summer.
Proper only joined Brighton in a €13 million deal from PSV last season but could be tempted by the prospect of playing at the international stage with Los Rojiblancos.
An established name in the European circles, Sevilla are taking part in this year’s edition of the Europa League and have been pitted against the likes of Standard Liege, Krasnodar and Akhisar Belediyespor.
Los Rojiblancos are standing at a 16/1 price to win the competition this year.
