La Liga giants Sevilla are considering a summer bid for Las Palmas defender Mauricio Lemos, according to Marca.
Los Rojiblancos are in the market for defensive reinforcements and they are hot on the trail of one of league’s hottest prospects.
Sevilla are expected to make a move on Lemos in the summer transfer window, but agreeing a transfer fee with his employers will be no easy task.
The good news is that Las Palmas would consider selling two star players in order to improve the final situation, but the 21-year-old will not be available on the cheap.
Lemos has a €30 million release clause in his contract, and is likely to command a serious transfer fee.
The highly rated footballer famously rejected a transfer to Barcelona last summer as he was concerned about the lack of playing time at camp Nou, but he might consider moving to Sevilla at the end of the season.
