Sevilla and Napoli are locked in the battle for Ajax starlet Riechedly Bazoer, Estadio Deportivo can reveal.
Los Rojiblancos are desperate to keep hold of playmaker Ever Banega, whose deal is due to expire in June, but sporting director Monchi recently admitted that the player’s high wage demands could prove to be an issue.
And it looks as though Sevilla are preparing for life after Banega as they are hot on the trail of Ajax hotshot Riechedly Bazoer.
The 19-year-old is another impressive talent to have emerged from the assembly line at the Ajax academy, and he has been in stunning form ever since he was handed his senior debut.
Barcelona and Napoli are also believed to be keen on the midfielder who was handed his Netherlands debut in November last year.
His suitors Sevilla currently sit eight points behind Champions League positions, but can be backed at 3/1 for a top 4 finish.
