La Liga giants Sevilla have submitted a new offer for Eibar winger Keko, according to Marca.
Los Rojiblancos have turned their attention towards the 24-year-old footballer after failing in their attempts to sign Peruvian forward Andre Carrillo from Sporting CP.
Sevilla had started the bidding at €3 million, and after said proposal was rejected, they have now raised the offer to €4 million.
On the other hand, Eibar have referred los Rojiblancos to the player’s €10 million release clause, although this is probably just another maneuver in an attempt to get the best possible price for their prized asset.
The former Atletico Madrid and Catania player got his career back on track at Albacete last season, netting 6 times in 33 Segunda appearances.
He then continued the rich vein of form after joining Eibar, scoring 2 goals and producing 3 assists in 18 La Liga fixtures this term.
