Sevilla show interest in Nkoulou

According to Marca, Spanish club Sevilla are interested in a long-term target – Nicolas Nkoulou. The 28-year-old defender from Cameroon has been turning heads in European football for quite a few years now, and that won’t stop with this added interest from Sevilla. The multi-time Europa League winners have the aim of strengthening their back four in order to eventually compete with the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid, and while that won’t happen overnight, the future addition of Nkoulou is something they’ll be keeping their eye on.

Nicolas kicked off his development with Monaco and despite not being viewed as an instant star, he managed to build his platform to the point where he earned a move to Marseille. After spending five years with the French club he went out in search of something new, and following a successful loan move with Torino, very few people were surprised to see it being made permanent.
