Sevilla sign Luca Cigarini on loan

Sevilla have agreed to sign Luca Cigarini on loan from Napoli with an option to make the transfer permanent for 7 million euros.

Los Rojiblancos will pay Napoli 350,000 euros plus another 75,000 if they qualify for the Champions League.

The talented midfielder have already agreed the terms of a four-year contract in case Sevilla exercise the option to make the transfer permanent.

After a couple of impressive seasons at Parma, Cigarini was bought by Napoli for 10 million euros but he failed to justify the money invested in him by playing just 11 games as a starter last season.

With a disappointing campaign in Serie A behind him, this will be a perfect chance for the 24-year-old to kick-start his career.
