Sevilla have reportedly snubbed a £12.5million offer from Tottenham Hotspur for the services of left winger Diego Capel.
According to the Sun, the 20-year-old, who made his debut at 16 and helped Spain to win the European Under-19 Championship in Poland, was sought after by Juande Ramos who knows all about Capel’s strengths having coached him before quitting Seville for Spurs last October.
Having snubbed the hefty offer, Sevilla still want £3million from Spurs for taking Ramos last season and have also started action against their former head coach for breach of contract.
