Mario Mandzukic hasn’t been training with his teammates at Juventus lately, and he has reportedly already been given permission to start training with another club ahead of a January departure from Turin. He hasn’t featured competitively at all this season, having no place in the team next to the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain. The club are working on finding a solution that would suit all parties, Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici recently revealed.
The 33-year-old has been linked with a few clubs, but the greatest number of reports were linking him with a move to Old Trafford with Manchester United very keen to add experience to their attacking power, following the departures of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez to Inter Milan.
However, according to Marca, Sevilla are also interested in the Croatian striker, with the forwards currently at the disposal of boss Julen Lopetegui not being very effective and their director of football, Monchi, searching for high-quality signings to boost the front line.
