The agent of Stoke City’s Xherdan Shaqiri has refused to rule out a potential transfer to Roma, according to Talksport.
The Swiss star moved to the Bet 365 Stadium from Inter Milan in the summer of 2015 and has since made thirty Premier League appearances for the club, scoring four goals – enough to attract attention from Italy.
Prior to his move to England, Shaqiri played just twenty times in all competitions for Inter having won five consecutive league titles – three with Basel in his home country and then two with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
He was also an unused substitute as Bayern beat rivals Borussia Dortmund in the 2013 Champions League final at Wembley.
He has scored eighteen goals in fifty-nine outings for his country, with three of those strikers coming in a 3-0 win over Honduras in the group stages of the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
