Sheffield United 29/20 to beat Millwall in Saturdays Championship matchup

Competition: Championship

Market: Sheffield United win

Odds: 29/20 @ Bet 365

Two sides who have endured very different starts to the new Championship season, playoff hopefuls Sheffield United will travel to South London to face a struggling Millwall side on Saturday.

Starting with Neil Harris’ Millwall side, after crashing out of the EFL Cup at the hands of a 3-1 loss to Premier League outfit Fulham in midweek, it has been an incredibly tough start for Saturday’s hosts. Without a win in the Championship since the middle of August, they have also now lost five of their last six matches in the league. Now just one point off occupying bottom spot in the table, The Lions have also failed to find the net in their last 180 minutes of Championship football. Averaging under a goal a game at the start of the new season, Harris’ men will certainly face another tough test on Saturday.

As for the visitors Chris Wilder’s Sheffield United side, The Blades are enjoying a very impressive start to the new season. Coming off the back of a 3-2 win against Preston last weekend, a win on Saturday could see United briefly jump as high as second. Now losing just one of their last seven Championship outings, a run that stems back to the start of August, one man to watch for the visitors will be captain and top scorer Billy Sharp. The 32-year-old found the net against Preston last week and also has five across all competitions so far.
