Italian champions Juventus are keeping close tabs on Lille defender Simon Kjaer, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Bianconeri are looking at a number of quality players as they aim to recruit a centre-back in the upcoming transfer window, with the Denmark international the latest player on their wish list.
And even if Kjaer has a contract until June 2017 with les Dogues, Juventus officials believe he would be available for mere €4 million.
The 25-year-old first caught the eye of the Bianconeri while at Palermo, but he surprisingly left Serie A for Wolfsburg in the summer of 2010.
Kjaer returned to Italy next summer as he joined Roma on a season-long loan, before impressing at Lille, where he scored one goal in 44 Ligue 1 outings.
Having successfully kick-started his career in France, the Danish defender could be tempted by the prospect of returning to Italy, especially with Juventus showing interest in his services.
