Italian media outlet Premium Sport understands that AC Milan are weighing up January bid for Juventus striker Simone Zaza.
The Italy international joined West Ham on loan with an obligatory purchase option after a number of appearances, but he has largely struggled at the start of his career in England.
The Hammers officials appear to have been disappointed with the player’s impact and they are ready to cancel the loan deal.
Seeing as how Zaza is unlikely to be welcomed back to Juventus, AC Milan could offer the striker an opportunity to move to San Siro.
The Rossoneri were keen on the 25-year-old before he made a switch to West Ham and they hope to bring him to the club as star striker Carlos Bacca could leave in January.
Having shown a great deal of potential while representing Sassuolo and Juventus, Simone Zaza could prove to be a useful signing for AC Milan.
