(GSM) – Mohamed Sissoko has revealed that he would welcome Rafael Benitez with open arms at Juventus.
The Liverpool coach has been linked to La Vecchia Signora and reports from both Italy and England suggest a move in the summer is probable.
Sissoko praised his former boss and said he wouldn’t have any problem working with him again.
“Rafa is a great manager,” said the Malian midfielder.
“He gave me the chance to play at Valencia and I won the title there with him. Now we have Alberto Zaccheroni, but in football you never know what is going to happen.
“I have already changed boss twice. If Rafa came for me there would be no problems.
“When he coached me the first time I was just a young player. Now I am older and more experienced…”
However, the future of the Bianconeri remains unclear, still Sissoko is not concerned.
“I believe it will be an important future, because Juve are a great club.
“We are a big team in the world and I hope next season Juve will return to being successful.
“I am sad about this season. After the game against Bordeaux the morale went down.
“The fans are against us but that’s just normal. They want to see us winning and I am determined to help the team out of this crisis.”
