Besiktas only had one day to enjoy their lead in the Turkish Super Lig, as Sivasspor moved back into first place on Saturday.
Sivasspor’s home match with Antalyaspor ended in a 1-0 victory, although the visitors were only four minutes away from securing a point. However, Sezer Badur then saved the hosts by netting the winning goal.
Antalyaspor’s Ali Zitouni had been sent off with a second yellow card four minutes earlier.
With seven games to go, Sivasspor’s advantage over Besiktas remains just one point.
