Slovakian international Matej Krajcik opted to sign for Serie A strugglers Reggina on Monday from Slavia Prague instead of accepting offers from either English Championship club Queens Park Rangers and Dutch outfit Roda JC.

The 30-year-old – who scored four times in 92 appearances for Slavia Prague – signed a two year contract with Reggina, who are presently 19th in Serie A with just 13 points and only three victories in 17 matches this term.

Krajcik could well make his debut for Reggina next Sunday against Lazio.
