Liverpool opened negotiations over a new deal with Agger in November, but the player has since revealed his concern that talks have been held up despite expressing a desire to remain at Anfield. AC Milan are keen to sign the Denmark international, with rumours gathering pace after the player’s agent, Per Steffersen, was spotted meeting with officials from the Serie A side last week.
