The agent of Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder has confirmed an interest in his client, while saying there have been no concrete moves.
Both Manchester United and Malaga are keen on the Dutch international and are reportedly ready to match Inter’s €39 million valuation of the player.
“It’s not so strange to see Sneijder’s name linked to the top sides who want to strengthen their squads,” Soren Lerby told Voetbal International.
“In any case, I believe that it’s still early for those big clubs to act in a definitive manner.
“What I can say for sure is that Wes has a contract until 2015 with Inter and there is nothing concrete at the moment.”
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the player’s representative is set to meet with Inter board of directors to discuss the possible transfer.
