Manchester United are set to reignite their interest in Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder, Daily Mirror has revealed.
The Red Devils are desperate to reinforce the midfield area in January as the team continue to struggle in the creative department.
And it appears David Moyes is ready to make a move on club’s long-term target Wesley Sneijder, who has been close to joining Manchester United on several occasions in the past.
The 29-year-old may have only joined Galatasaray a year ago, but he reportedly has a £13 million release clause in his deal that could be matched by the Premier League side.
Sneijder has done well since joining the club from Inter Milan, netting 7 times in 21 Turkish Super Lig fixtures.
On the other hand, Manchester United find themselves in all sorts of problems following back to back defeats to Everton and Newcastle, but they are 21/20 to return to winning ways in the Champions League clash against Shakhtar Donetsk.
