Sociedad and Valencia battle for Dos Santos

Spanish El Mundo Deportivo understands that Real Sociedad and Valencia are keeping close tabs on Barcelona hotshot Jonathan Dos Santos.

The Mexican midfielder has been disappointed by the treatment at Camp Nou and is looking to leave the club in search of first team football.

Belgian giants Anderlecht were the first side to show interest in the 23-year-old, but he does not seem too keen on leaving Spain.

Meanwhile, El Mundo Deportivo reports that both Real Sociedad and Valencia could offer him an escape route from Camp Nou.

Real Sociedad could be the perfect destination for the highly rated midfielder as he would have a good chance to nail down a regular starting berth and even play Champions League football.

Valencia boss Miroslav Djukic is also believed to be keen on Dos Santos, but there are no doubts La Real are much closer to winning the race for his signature at the moment.
