The signing of Anthony Martial to new long term contract was certainly considered to be a favourable move amongst many Manchester United fans around the world. The general consensus is that he’s one of the most underrated players in the division, and as a result, there was naturally a great deal of excitement when it came to securing his future. The Frenchman seems to be enjoying life under the guidance of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and in response, the Norwegian boss has taken it upon himself to challenge the youngster.
OGS recently took the time to reveal that he believes Martial is capable of scoring 20 goals in any given season. While it wasn’t an out and out challenge it certainly felt that way, and we wouldn’t be surprised if Anthony took it that way either.
Whatever the case may be, though, it seems like the general mood around Old Trafford has been lifted even further in the wake of this news breaking.
