Solskjaer wants to stay at Manchester United

According to a recent report from the Sunday Mirror, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has urged Manchester United to stick with him.

The Norwegian even uttered the words “this team is going places”, noting that he has full confidence in what his squad will be able to accomplish moving forward. Of course, after almost two years in the position, many will wonder why he hasn’t been able to make more progress than he has, but it all comes down to whether or not the board believes that the former super sub is still the right man for the job.

Solskjaer has been rumoured to be on his way out for a while now with the likes of Mauricio Pochettino and Ralph Hasenhuttl being tipped to become his replacement, but through all of the chaos and speculation, he’s still in the trenches fighting with the Red Devils – and you can expect him to continue on in that role.
