Southampton 10/11 to beat Everton in Sunday’s Premier League clash

Competition: Premier League

Market: Southampton to beat Everton

Odds: 10/11 @ Bet365

The Premier League continues on Sunday as England’s top league enters its 13th game-week. While Manchester City remain a long way clear at the top, most other teams have found that their place in the table is under threat from a number of other sides, with just a few points separating a team in mid-table and the relegation zone. With this in mind, Everton visit Southampton in a big game in the bottom half of the table.

Southampton have been struggling massively this season and, if they are not careful, they will get dragged into a relegation battle this season. After 12 games they have won just three times, drawing four games and losing five times, which is a poor record. In their last five games they have been going downhill, drawing twice and winning one game, before losing both of their last two games. With just 13 points this season, they are only three points clear of West Ham in 18th.

For Everton, it has been a very disappointing season so far. Despite massive investment in the squad over the summer, the Toffees have gone backwards, and they have spent far too much time in the relegation zone this season. Just 12 points from their 12 games is not good enough, but they have been able to take four points from their last two games this campaign. While Everton are in the better form, we are backing the home side with odds of 10/11 with Bet365.
