Competition: Premier League
Market: Southampton and Chelsea to draw
Odds: 11/5 @ Ladbrokes

Southampton and Chelsea lock horns at St Mary’s in the Premier League this afternoon, and could well cancel each other out given their impressive form in recent weeks. The two sides are enjoying unbeaten runs of late, and might be too cautious to risk losing the game by trying to win.

Southampton are 6th in the table after 26 games and have turned their form around after a slump earlier in the season. They have won five of their last six in the division, keeping clean sheets in every game. Chelsea are no slouches either, however.

The Blues are rejuvenated under interim manager Guus Hiddink, boasting four wins and six draws from their last 10 games in the league. They would certainly settle for a point today given how good Southampton have been of late, and the home side might well consider a draw to Chelsea a good result too.

Southampton and Chelsea have played out a stalemate in two of their last three Premier League meetings, and Ladbrokes are giving odds of 11/5 for the in-form duo to repeat this afternoon.
