Southampton are keen to re-sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the summer, according to the Mirror.
The South Coast club are ready to make the winger their highest paid player as they look to push on next season.
Oxlade-Chamberlain swapped St Mary’s Stadium for the Emirates in the summer of 2011 and he has since racked up close to one hundred and fifty appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring fourteen goals.
During his time with Southampton he scored ten times in forty-three games while he has gone on to be capped twenty-four times for England.
He has five senior international goals to his name and was part of the Three Lions’ squads that attended the 2012 European Championships in Poland and Ukraine and the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
Manchester City, West Ham United and Chelsea have also been linked with a move for the twenty-two year old.
