The latest Major League Soccer has ended about half a month ago and since then there were a lot of deals across the pond. MLS franchises are doing their business, as they prepare for the 2020 season which will commence in early March. One of their big stars might not be there once the new season starts rolling.
Ezequiel Barco could leave Atlanta United in the off-season, as he has been tabbed as a potential replacement for Bruno Fernades at Sporting CP. According to Record, the Portuguese giants are still figuring out whether they will sell Fernandes this January, once the transfer window starts and if that happens, they will be set to earn a lot of money.
Fernandes is being linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur, following the arrival of Jose Mourinho and if that transfer happens, then Barco would be seen as a serious transfer target. Barco arrived to MLS from Argentina in January 2018 for around $15m.
