Portuguese daily newspaper A Bola has suggested that Sporting CP hope to earn at least €60 million from the sales of two star players.
William Carvalho and Adrien Silva both have permission to leave Estadio Jose Alvalade this summer, as the club have already signed replacements for the duo.
Both players are tipped to move to English Premier League, but while reports suggested that the Lions had rejected numerous offers for their services, the truth is slightly different.
Namely, A Bola claims that Sporting CP chiefs plan to wait some more, evaluate all the offers for the two players and then sell them to the highest bidders.
Carvalho and Silva have long ago developed into important players for club and country, and they feel this is the right time to move for greener pastures.
