Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are keeping close tabs on Stevenage defender Ben Wilmot, according to Daily Mail.
The 18-year-old has so far made just three senior appearances for the League Two side, but he won himself a lot of admirers playing for the youth sides.
The Daily Mail claims there were some 30 scouts watching Wilmot in the Checkatrade Trophy match against Brighton U-21’s.
Liverpool and Tottenham are among clubs showing interest in the talented centre-back, who has been praised for his mature performances.
Stevenage did well to tie Wilmot to his first professional contract in April, meaning they can expect a nice boost to club’s finances if the youngster leaves for greener pastures.
