Spurs eyeing Andy Najar

Tottenham Hotspur are considering a January bid for Anderlecht star Andy Najar, Daily Star has revealed.

The 21-year-old winger has largely impressed since joining the Belgian giants from DC United and he is widely tipped to sign for a top European club in the near future.

According to the latest reports, Tottenham appear to be leading the chase at the moment seeing as how they have been keeping close tabs on the Honduran for quite a while.

Spurs have remained hot on the trail of Najar after he underwent a trial at White Hart Lane as a teenager, and recently watched him in the Champions League clash against Borussia Dortmund.

And with club scouts impressed by the right-sided midfielder, Mauricio Pochettino is expected to step up his interest in the January window.

Andy Najar only joined Anderlecht in January 2013 and has since made 32 league appearances and scored 5 goals.
