Tottenham Hotspur are fearful that Harry Kane might want to join the ever-growing list of players who want to leave the club, according to The Times.
The striker will turn 27 next year and is keen on winning trophies, and there is a growing concern in north London that he may be losing his patience and may decide to deal Mauricio Pochettino a further blow in his plans of rebuilding the team for next season.
Kane is set to be frustrated with Spurs’ shaky start to the season, and he, together with goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, has fired a series of criticism at his teammates after the 7-2 humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich, by pointing out that the players haven’t learned from their mistakes which caused them to throw away a two-goal lead against Olympiacos in the opening Champions League round. Quite apart from being 10 points behind Premier League leaders Liverpool, the situation was compounded by their embarrassing Carabao Cup exit at the hands of League Two side Colchester United.
Kane has been linked with the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich in the past.
