Tottenham Hotspur’s season is getting from bad to worse. The Champions League final from last season seems so distant right now and Jose Mourinho is still unable to improve the side on the pitch. Off the pitch, there are numerous rumours, in regards to potential departure of Christian Eriksen, as he is being chased by Inter. But another issue is now the injury of Harry Kane.
The striker could be out until the end of the season if some reports are to be believed and Spurs have been trying to find a solution for that position. It looks right now like that solution will not be Krzysztof Piatek from AC Milan. According to the Daily Mail, those negotiations between the two clubs have stalled and now it might not even happen.
The Poland international has been seen as a quality replacement for Harry Kane, not only for the remainder of the season, but also in the future too, considering he is 24 years old. However, Milan want to get 30 million pounds for the striker in order to let him go and Spurs are still reluctant to agree to such a high transfer fee.
