Spurs in for Lanzini

Tottenham Hotspur are considering a move for West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini, according to the Mirror.

The Argentina international, who is one of struggling Premier League side’s star players has been coveted by a number of sides recently with both halves of Merseyside also monitoring his situation.

Everton were keeping tabs on the twenty-four year old before they turned their attention to Gylfi Sigurdsson while he was on Liverpool’s radar when they were looking for potential replacements for Philippe Coutinho.

He signed for the Hammers from Al Jazira Club, initially on loan in the summer of 2015 and has since racked up seventy-seven appearances in all competitions, scoring sixteen goals.

His current deal is set to expire in 2020 and it remains to be seen what relationship he will have with new West Ham manager David Moyes, who replaced Slaven Bilic at the London Stadium earlier this month.
