Spurs join chase for Kramaric

Daily Mirror has learned that Tottenham Hotspur are the latest top club to have joined the race for HNK Rijeka striker Andrej Kramaric.

A number of Europe’s high-profile sides are hot on the trail of the Croatia international, with Juventus and Chelsea believed to be top of the queue.

And the Daily Mirror has now claimed that Spurs have sent scout Paul Mitchell to watch the 23-year-old in the Europa League clash against Sevilla last Thursday.

It is no secret that Tottenham Hotspur are on the lookout for a new centre forward, with Emmanuel Adebayor and Roberto Soldado largely disappointing this season.

Andrej Kramaric appears to be one of their primary targets at the moment, which is hardly surprising given the player’s recent performances.

The highly rated footballer has been in scintillating form this season, notching 28 goals in 30 competitive outings. Meanwhile, he has scored two goals in three Euro 2016 qualifiers for Croatia.
