Tottenham Hotspur have been showing interest in Feyenoord winger Jean-Paul Boetius, reports the Metro.
In spite of the heavy summer spending, the White Hart Lane outfit look set to add few more players in January, and the Dutch winger is reportedly one of the footballers on their target list.
Jean-Paul Boetius has been brought to the attention of Andre Villas-Boas by the club scouts, who have been impressed by the player’s potential.
And with the winger only recently returning from a serious knee injury, Spurs are hoping to sign the 19-year-old on a cut-price deal in the January window.
The talented footballer has managed 2 goals and 1 assists in 8 Eredivisie matches this season, which is a decent return considering the lengthy injury lay-off.
In spite of the slow start to the league campaign, Feyenoord sit mere three points behind leaders Vitesse, and they are 15/2 to lift the Eredivisie title.
