Tottenham Hotspur are ready to open talks with Chelsea over a deal to sign Romelu Lukaku, according to the Metro.

The 20 year old has been in fine form for the Toffees this season with fifteen goals in thirty-two appearances in all competitions, having had an equally impressive spell with West Bromwich Albion last year.
