Spurs looking for a goalkeeper in Germany

Well, it has been quite a week for Tottenham Hotspur and everyone surrounding the club. Mauricio Pochettino got the sack last week after five and a half years at the helm and Jose Mourinho stepped in the very next day. Since then, Spurs got two wins against West Ham and Olympiakos and now the club are slowly turning their attentions to transfer window.

According to TalkSPORT, Tottenham are interested in signing Schalke goalkeeper Alexander Nubel. The situations with goalkeepers at Spurs is not ideal, as Hugo Lloris has been injured for some time now and he will not be returning before 2020, while Paulo Gazzaniga is still struggling to impress everyone in North London. That is why the German shot-stoper might be brought in.

Nubel has featured in 14 matches across all competitions for Schalke this season and there was talk of Daniel Levy being ready to spend more now that Mourinho is the manager.
