According to Daily Telegraph, Tottenham Hotspur are of the belief that Real Madrid pose an even bigger threat to them than Manchester United when it comes to Mauricio Pochettino. The Argentine boss has been heavily linked with a move away from Spurs for what feels like forever, as he attempts to guide the club towards their very first Premier League title this season.
The Red Devils recently said goodbye to Jose Mourinho, and brought in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as a temporary manager until the end of the season. Once the campaign has come to an end they’re planning on looking elsewhere for a new permanent boss, with Pochettino being at the top of their wish list.
Of course, Real Madrid are also very interested in ‘Poch’, and have been linked with him for even longer than United.
Right now he seems committed to the cause in North London, but we’ll see whether or not that changes in a few months time.
