Tottenham have completed the signing of Internacional midfielder Sandro. Spurs confirmed that the young Brazil international has accepted the contractual terms and will be moving to White Hart Lane in the summer.
The club announced that a deal had been agreed for the 21-year-old midfielder earlier in the week.
And the player has now passed a medical and the signing was completed on Friday, with the transfer believed to be £6million.
