Tottenham Hotspur are set to enter the race to sign Weston McKennie from Juventus, according to Calciomercato.
The 23-year-old USA international rose through the ranks at the Dallas Academy, before joining the Under-19 side at Schalke 04 in 2016. Juventus signed him on an initial loan in 2020, a deal which was made permanent this summer. In all competitions, McKennie has represented the Old Lady on a total of 53 occasions so far, scoring six goals and contributing three assists. Out of the seven Serie A matches Juventus have played this term, he was named to start in four, after missing the opening-day draw against Udinese through suspension and having sat out the AC Milan draw on September 19th on the bench. He was brought on as a substitute in the win over Sampdoria a week later.
Believed to be keen to play in the Premier League, McKennie has been strongly linked with West Ham, but it seems Spurs are also keen to bring him to the UK capital.
