Atletico Madrid defender Stefan Savic has most recently been linked with a move to Juventus.
Bianconeri are in the pursuit of defensive reinforcements as they look to overhaul their ageing backline and find long-term replacements for the likes of Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli.
The Montenegro international already played in Italy and could be an instant fit into the Juventus team knowing he’s got good knowledge of the league and Serie A football. He joined Atletico Madrid in 2015 from Fiorentina and is happy in Spain but will not close the door to a Juventus switch.
“Juve? His contract expires in 2022. He is happy in Madrid. We will see, however, what happens in the future”, Savic’s agent Zeljko Pelicic told the Italian media.
Stefan Savic made 13 La Liga appearances this season for Atletico Madrid and scored one goal. Los Rojiblancos play host to Juventus in the first leg of the Champions League Last 16 tie and both sides are available at 19/10 to get a win on Wednesday night.
