Stephane Bahoken in high demand

Several European clubs have been showing interest in Strasbourg striker Stephane Bahoken, L’Equipe can reveal.

The 25-year-old will be out of contract in the summer and he is almost certain to leave his current employers for greener pastures.

According to reports, Serie A side Udinese lead the chase for the player’s signature at the moment, whereas Rennes and Montpellier are keen as well.

Bahoken has been in fine form ever since he joined Strasbourg from Nice, helping the club climb from third division to the top flight in just two years.

The Cameroon international has scored 6 goals in his maiden Ligue 1 campaign, having made 14 starts and 7 substitute appearances.
