Following England’s away win against Montenegro and reports of racial abuse directed towards Tottenham Hotspur’s Danny Rose, Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling expressed his view that the current ways of dealing with such problems are insufficient.
"It's now time for the people that are in charge to put a real stamp on it because you can fine someone but what's that going to do?"
