Raheem Sterling is doing an incredible job at Manchester City and with each passing year, he seems to be getting better. The previous campaign has been his best to date, with Sterling scoring 17 Premier League goals and adding 10 assists. He also had scored five goals in Champions League and three in the FA Cup. With him settled at the Etihad stadium, no one really feels he could leave Man City. However, one day that could be a realistic proposition.
In his interview for the GQ magazine, Sterling spoke about the possibility of leaving England one day to play in a different league.
“Looking at it now it’s like, Manchester, I love it. I love it here. This is one of the best clubs in the world and I’m here for the long haul. But you just don’t know what happens in the future”, Sterling said.
“I’m still young and, like I say, I am loving every minute. Ever since I was a kid, 100 per cent it’s always been a dream of mine to play abroad somewhere. It would be nice one day to finish training and go home and sit in your garden and eat some dinner.”
