Former Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard has recently ended his American spell and is ready to return to action in Europe with a couple of club having already expressed interest to sing the experienced England international.
Gerrard is currently is talks with MK Dons over the vacant managerial position while the player himself hopes for a prolonged spell on the pitch.
And as the 36-year-old former LA Galaxy midflielder hopes for an Anfield return, Celtic are among the clubs who have been linked with a move for his services.
According to The Independent however, Serie A fallen giants Inter Milan are willing to offer Gerrard a chance to retire in Italy.
Nerazzurri are enduring a difficult time in the league this term, sitting in ninth place, 13 points behind the leaders Juventus, but the idea of hanging up his boots at one of Europe’s biggest sides might be enough to tempt the Liverpool legend.
