Competition: Premier League
Market: Stoke to finish top-10
Odds: 2/1 @ Bet 365

Stoke City have been busy in the summer transfer market on deadline day, signing Dutch international defender Bruno Martins Indi from FC Porto and Ivorian international Wilfried Bony from Manchester City, and the Potters finally look to have a side capable of mounting a top-10 finish this season.

Mark Hughes’ side have started the new Premier League season poorly, sitting bottom of the table with just one point from a possible nine. They drew their opener away to newly-promoted Middlesbrough, before suffering defeats to Manchester City and Everton.

Stoke did enjoy their first win of the season in all competitions against Stevenage in the second round of the EFL Cup, but after the international break they need to hit the ground running to climb back up the table. City have finished ninth in each of the last three seasons, and can push for a top-10 place now they have a strong and experienced defender and powerful centre-forward.

Everton, Leicester City, West Ham United and Southampton are the sides expected to compete with Stoke for a top-half finish in the Premier League table, but Bet 365 are giving odds of 2/1 for the Potters to deliver come May.
