Stoke City could be boosted by the return of striker Mamady Sidibe for their next Premier League match against Portsmouth. “My fitness is there and, if everything goes well, I hope to be back for Portsmouth,” he said.

“I know I’ll have to wait for my chance because it’s been nearly two months since I got injured,” he continued. “We needed to bring players in, that’s what we’ve done and it’s good for the team.”
