Stoke City travel to Stamford Bridge to face a Chelsea side who can ill-afford another slip-up in their race for the title. The Potters have their own aspirations this season to finish in the top-10 of the Premier League for the first ever time. Manager Mark Hughes has overseen his side in great form of late – with 15 points from eight games. City have lost just once in this time too, and are being given odds of 23/20 by Betfair to finish in the top-10.

They beat Chelsea 3-2 in their first meeting this season at the Britannia Stadium, but Chelsea’s unbeaten home league form under manager Jose Mourinho will make their job very difficult.

Chelsea past record against Stoke is pretty good, but the Potters are in fine form of late and will look to make the Blues’ life very difficult.

Mourinho’s men have only lost once in their 16 games, in which they’ve also kept an impressive 10 clean sheets in the process. But their job is far from done. Title-rivals Manchester City will overtake them if they win their games in hand so Chelsea cannot drop points today. But Stoke will be drawing from their earlier win against them this season.
