Arsenal are enduring a difficult start to the Premier League season, with Arsene Wenger’s men eight points and five places worse off than this time last campaign. The Gunners haven’t picked up a win in any of their five games against top-half sides this season, and have dropped 16 points from 11 games already.

As a result, many believe the London outfit could struggle to finish in a Champions League place, due to the stiff competition in the league. Southampton, West Ham and Swansea City are currently occupying three of the top-five places in the league, and the likes of Everton, Tottenham and Liverpool are also expected to be fighting it out for a top-four finish as the season goes on.

Coral are giving odds of 15/8 for Arsenal to finish outside of the top-four of the Premier League, which would be for the first time under manager Arsene Wenger. This season is certainly their biggest challenge to stay in the Champions League places.
